At ACCO, that person is the Project Manager or Service Sales Engineer. ACCO Project Managers are industry veterans, specifically trained to provide technical solutions, systems evaluations, estimates, proposals and project coordination. If you have a challenging HVAC issue, rest assured that a call placed to an ACCO Project Manager or Service Sales Engineer will not be handed off to various people to find the solution.
Because of our size and our reputation as a first class, high quality service company, ACCO Engineered Systems is able to attract the best and most highly trained service technicians. In addition to the rigorous training and testing that is a trademark of their union affiliation, ACCO technicians receive structured on-the-job training as well as classroom and hands-on training at one of ACCO’s several training centers.
With more than 250 service technicians across the Western United States, timely and accurate coordination, dispatch and tracking are of utmost importance. After you call us, ACCO Service Technicians are dispatched from one of our service dispatch hubs via two-way field interface devices. Our coverage and precise field coordination allows ACCO to guarantee a two-hour emergency response to our contract customers during regular working hours.
